Additional suggested reading will be provided each month for those wishing to pursue additional information and learning.

For those seeking only to deepen their practice of yoga and meditation this may be enough.   For those wishing to pursue a yoga teaching certification there will be additional requirements.   There will also be one research project, journaling requirements with some of the reading assignments, quizzes and a final examination as well as a teaching practicum.  Participants will be required to take 30 hours of yoga classes during the training period which will be documented and an evaluation of each will be completed.  Additional requirements may be assigned to comply with the necessary training hours required to register with the Yoga Alliance. These requirements will be given well in advance and participants will be given plenty of time to complete them.  During the final months of training and after you will teach yoga classes/lessons adding up to at least 5 hours and will document those with the provided form. This is in addition to the practice teaching done during the weekends.
