Additional suggested reading will be provided each month for those wishing to pursue additional information and learning.

For those seeking only to deepen their practice of yoga and meditation this may be enough.     For those wishing to pursue a yoga teaching certification there will be additional requirements.  This will include an additional weekend in September of 2019 with the dates to be determined upon the start of the immersion.  There will also be one research project, quizzes and a final examination as well as a teaching practicum.  Participants will be required to take two yoga classes per week with at least one per month taken with the lead trainer.  These will be documented and an evaluation of one class per month will be required.  Additional requirements may be assigned to comply with the necessary training hours required to register with the Yoga Alliance. These requirements will be given well in advance and participants will be given plenty of time to complete them.  After the training is complete you will teach 10 yoga classes/lessons and will document those with the provided form.  Once you have turned in these forms you will receive your certificate to send in to the Yoga Alliance.

Pricing and Registration
